Shipping & Handling 

The shipping and handling fee applied will vary based on the total amount of the sales order and is calculated accordingly. In certain cases or for complex deliveries, we calculate special shipment rates. For certain products not supplied within the Benelux (ie. REC), special shipping rates and terms apply.

Standard Shipping Rates

€0,00  to €1.999,99  = €35,00 

€2.000,00 to €4.999,99 = €80,00 

€5.000,00 and up = €0,00 

Special Shipping Rates

Some products have special shipping rates due to a different sourcing process. Special rates are indicated when you check-out the the affected products.

Additional delivery services include: 

• Lift Gate Delivery (€40.00): This involves a truck equipped with a lifting platform and a hand pallet truck to unload pallets at the delivery address. There are specific size restrictions for loading or unloading with a tail lift. 
• Truck Mounted Forklift (€80.00): Delivery is made by a truck with a truck-mounted forklift to unload the pallet at the delivery address. The terrain must be easily accessible for an 18-meter truck, and any risk of damage is determined by the driver. 
• Delivery AM (€40.00): Scheduled morning delivery between 08:00-12:00, available only for palletized goods, not applicable for parcel service deliveries. 
• Delivery PM (€40.00): Scheduled afternoon delivery between 13:00-17:00, available only for palletized goods, not applicable for parcel service deliveries. 
• On-time delivery (€80.00): Delivery within a pre-agreed 2-hour time slot (between 08:00-18:00), available only for palletized goods, not applicable for parcel service deliveries. 

Shipping Terms & Conditions: 

• Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 unless otherwise agreed. 
• Accessibility: Loading and unloading addresses must be accessible by an international truck (16.5m-13.6m semi-trailer). Additional charges may apply if the address is not accessible, potentially resulting in delivery delays. 
• Delivery to Wadden Islands: Freight costs and transit times for deliveries to the Dutch Wadden Islands are available upon request. Please contact us for more information. 
• Absence: A €40.00 charge applies for a second delivery attempt if the recipient is not available during regular opening hours (excluding parcel deliveries). 
• Waiting Times: Waiting times exceeding 60 minutes will incur charges. Each 15-minute period or part thereof beyond the initial hour will be charged at €25. 
• Cancellation or Changes: Orders that require changes or cancellation after scheduling for shipment will incur a handling fee starting from €55.00, depending on the extent of work involved. 
• If the recipient instructs the driver to load or unload the goods, they accept responsibility for any damages or theft, and additional charges may apply for extended unloading times or additional manipulations.
